Elder Rauf is not just a leader; he is an institution in our ward. In times of political tension, he is the voice of wisdom that calms the storm.
His door has remained open to the young and old, party faithful and non-partisan alike. Through seasons and electoral cycles, Baba has taught us that true leadership is measured by lives touched, not titles held.
